Morning all,
Isn’t it mad that we are a week into September?! where has the summer gone…
Apologies that there was no email last week, I was incredibly busy working on a few different video projects (which I’ll definietly share on instagram
very soon, just still editing away).
Best of luck to any leaving certs receiving their predicted results this morning. I promise that, although it can feel like it, this is so far from the be-all end-all.
Anyway, C’mere to me…

Google has had to rethink Traffic Data
“Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, traffic patterns around the globe have shifted dramatically. We saw up to a 50 percent decrease in worldwide traffic when lockdowns started in early 2020.
Since then, parts of the world have reopened gradually, while others maintain restrictions.

Ireland gives up their spot in the Lacrosse Worlds.
The Iroquois Nationals are a team from The Haudenosaunee Nation, a Native American confederacy, from which the sport of Lacrosse originated, and they play in international lacrosse as an independent team.
The Iroquois were originally denied a place in the Men’s Worlds Championships summer of 2022, deemed ineligible as they weren’t a sovereign nation.
This decision was then reversed, but only after qualification had been confirmed, with 8 nations selected.
So the Irish Lacrosse team, who qualified after finishing 12th in the 2018 Worlds, decided to step aside and give up that place to The Iroquois, who placed 3rd in that same Worlds and whose absence just didn’t sit right in the Lacrosse community.
“Getting one over on your opponent is the norm in sports, stepping aside for the greater good is a rare occurrence.
The International World Games is due to take place in Alabama in the summer of 2022, but Ireland's lacrosse team, despite having qualified, won't be there.”
